Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 2026

At CTK UK (LONDON) LTD (trading as Calm Collective CTK and SP Business Support), we dedicate specific time, strategy, and intellectual resources to each of our B2B clients. When you engage our Online Business Management (OBM) or consultancy services, you are reserving our professional capacity, which prevents us from taking on other clients.

Because our services are purely Business-to-Business (B2B) and involve the immediate application of our intellectual property and time, we enforce a strict cancellation and refund policy. By paying an invoice or securing a retainer, you explicitly agree to the following terms.

1. Monthly Retainers and Ongoing Packages

Our monthly management and retainer packages are billed in advance to secure our time for your business.

  • The 30-Day Notice Period: To cancel, pause, or downgrade a rolling monthly retainer, you must provide exactly 30 days' written notice via email to support@ctkukltd.com.
  • Final Billing: You will be billed for your final month during this 30-day notice period, and we will continue to fulfill our contracted service obligations until the end of that period.
  • No Refunds for Unused Time: If you choose not to utilize our services or fail to provide us with the necessary access/feedback during a paid retainer month, no refunds, partial refunds, or rolled-over credits will be issued.

2. Project Deposits and Setup Fees

For bespoke system setups, CRM builds, or large-scale administrative projects, an upfront deposit is required before work commences.

Non-Refundable Deposits: Once the initial deposit is paid and the strategic planning or setup work has begun, this deposit becomes strictly non-refundable. It covers the immediate administrative, onboarding, and strategic hours invested into your business.

3. Strategy Calls and Consultations

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a booked one-off strategy or discovery call, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice.
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a paid consultation without prior notice ("No-Show") will result in the immediate forfeiture of the booking fee. No refunds will be granted.

4. B2B Exemption (No 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Please note that our services are designed exclusively for businesses and entrepreneurs. As this is a B2B commercial agreement, the standard consumer 14-day cooling-off period under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply. By instructing us to begin work or paying your invoice, you acknowledge that all sales are final.

5. Subjective Outcomes and Business Results

As outlined in our Terms of Service, we provide expert guidance and management execution, but we do not guarantee specific financial returns, sales increases, or precise ROI.

No Subjective Refunds: We strictly do not offer refunds based on a "change of mind" or subjective dissatisfaction with business outcomes, provided the agreed-upon administrative and management tasks were delivered to a professional standard.

6. Dispute Resolution

We pride ourselves on our 25 years of industry experience and exceptional service standard. If you are dissatisfied with a specific aspect of our service delivery, you must raise the issue with us in writing within 7 days of the occurrence. We will make every professional effort to rectify the issue collaboratively.
